Given the response to this comic on Twitter, I don’t think the internet is ready for the sequel to this comic so here’s an excerpt from it:

Here’s a very good bit of reporting about a very specific example of a Broken System that cops in NYC deal with by criminalizing normal behavior (it’s outlined in the first ten minutes).

I figure the only cops on Spider-Man’s side would be those who refuse to participate.
