We have these where I live. They are fantastic! Used to see at least a hundred carcasses on the side of the road in the spring when the snow would melt out, all in only about a 10 mile stretch. Now, less than 20! Great bit of engineering! 🥰
JSYK, this is only the second member of the species & genus ever observed. This video was shot in 2021; there was previously one captured in 1997. Nothing else. These fuckers are not only bizarre even by Box Jelly standards, they’re basically cryptids.
